When I originally set out to do these Circus skips, I planned it to be a series of 6 SCP articles. However, after I wrote the first three, I decided that I really wanted to have a crossover between the Circus Of The Disquieting and the RU wiki's Meat Circus, thus bumping the overall number of skips in the series to 7. Three more to go!

Special thanks to Voct, Soulless, and anqxyr for their feedback on the drafts!

In 2019, I changed the second image to Homeless by Brandon. The first picture is my own.

I like this. Impressively gross in concept, and well-described. +1.

However, I must express some slight reservation about the name "Meat Circus" for a GoI, since "Meat Circus" is fairly well known as the name of a level on the videogame "Psychonauts". I know you're not the originator of that name, as you linked back to it on the Russian wiki, but it maybe needs thinking about over there.

My first thought was of Psychonauts as well. But I don't think it is enough of an issue to need a change.

For one thing, the game imagery it brought to mind was quite apt. Herman Fuller's Circus is definitely a bad place for bunnies!

What point of game is the Meat Circus in? I'm a decent way through the game but I'm not sure if I've gotten there yet.

My only quibble is that the footnotes explaining what the distal phalanges are seem slightly out of place in a scientific article where, presumably, people are familiar with basic human anatomy. But that's alright because most of our readers have probably long since forgotten that segment of human biology class. I upvoted it.

Minor quibble:

If there are two significant components of this SCP, then they should be categorized as -1 and -2, with "SCP-1695" referring to the entirety of the SCP. It bothers me when XXXX is the machine and XXXX-# are what it produces.
