Description: SCP-XXXX is a bell shaped like a cherry, and when it rings, a black creatures (SCP-XXXX- 1) that covers an orange hat will appear from nowhere. When SCP-XXXX is lost, a purple organism (SCP-XXXX-2) smaller than SCP-XXXX-1 bring a red button (SCP-XXXX-3) together with SCP-XXXX. It has been confirmed that it will be brought to the vicinity of the ringing.

In the destruction trial, SCP-XXXX itself and SCP-XXXX-3 in a state not pressed are not destroyed and SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 are destroyed It was revived nearby, and other living creatures have disappeared.
When SCP-XXXX-3 is pressed, SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 also disappeared together with SCP-XXXX-3.

This concept sounds quite similar to an existing scp: SCP-513 (a bell that when you ring summons a creature). The creature also being described as black in your concept is very similar to that of SCP-513-1.

It also may be worth noting that most concepts here have near impeccable spelling and grammar. Looking at yours however I can already see mistakes such as:

Or

a purple organism (SCP-XXXX-2) smaller than SCP-XXXX-1 bring a red button

I think you meant “will bring a red button”.

Need to explain huh? SCP-XXXX-1 is referred to CHUCHEL himself.

It’s up to you the path you go with your concepts and SCPs. I unfortunately have to agree with dankaar. Using already existent characters is a infringement waiting to happen. Next time mabe read the licensing guide to avert these issues.

It would be better to just let an experienced reviewer handle making the first post. As staff reviewers prioritize threads with no replies, someone posting a low-content critique actually can make it harder for the author to get a more thorough review.

… I don't think this will work. Apart from the fact that CHUCHEL is likely copyrighted and incompatible with our license, simply trying to scipify an existing intellctual property never works.

Furthermore, your draft is incomprehensible to me; I can't understand what this SCP does or is supposed to do.

Not sure this will work; this is significantly more complex than asking "hey, can I use your thing for my thing?" Whatever they let you use will effectively be in the public domain, and they will need to know exactly what it means to release something under pur license.

Furthermore, again, scipifying things (writing an existing thing as a SCP) is unlikely to work. You can make a specific Super Mario Bros. cartidge a SCP, but you can't really write up the Mushroom Kingdom and its inhabitants as a SCP, as people here are unlikely to tolerate it.

I simply do not see this concept working.

It's hard to know an idea sometimes won't work. But it's far better for such a thing to be identified in the early stages before you spend weeks (or months) trying to get that square peg fit in the triangular hole. It lets you work on another idea, one more likely to succeed.
