Completely redid the addenda from the previous version.
Also, Four Tines Blind is still tie-in poem.

each locked by a different passcode. Passcodes are to be changed monthly, or immediately after resolution of a containment breach. No single person is permitted to know more than one of these passcodes.
You would think that all containment chambers have passcodes, so I feel this is unnecessary.
About the skip: The poem that goes with this is really creepy, an really puts you in the place of the skip. The final addendum, however, wasn't too much of a hook: this is a woman that people want to eat. Her discovery was ok, but not too interesting. +1 for the poem, no vote for the SCP.
I specified about the passcodes because I wanted to highlight that they've decided it's necessary to put a series of three doors you need three different people to open between her and the rest of the world, not to keep her in, but to keep other people out.
EDIT: Is the current version any better?

I liked the old one better, and I was sort of confused why most other people didn't like it. Meh.
I still do like this one enough to upvote, though.
2013 Pepper was kind of a stick in the mud. 2018 Pepper really likes the level of thought put into this, especially the ending.
BTW, the fact that you deleted the old version and posted a revised version within hours of each other bothers me. If a newer user had done that, they'd be dogpiled on for vote clearing.
You're right, I was way too hasty about it, even though the changes I did make between versions were on the biggish side. I probably should have sat on this draft longer and gotten more feedback on it first, too, since people still think it's too tasteless. I felt rushed because I was leaving the poem orphaned, but that's a shitty excuse.

I just don't see why you feel the need to include the rape overtones. The skip would be fine without it.
*edits* Have they been sufficiently removed?

Well, to your credit, it's a lot less in-your-face than it was originally, but the fact remains that she was locked in a basement with a diagnosed erotomaniac for six years. When you consider the fact that he didn't even start cannibalizing bits of her until half that time had elapsed, it's not hard to guess what else may have happened during that time.
Maybe I'm just oversensitive on the subject, but it still rubs me the wrong way.
…What rape overtones? I think yer seeing something that isn't there.

The original, deleted version implied it more heavily than the rewrite, but even older incarnations of this version stated that someone had been eating parts of her genitalia. I'll concede that rape was not mentioned explicitly, but it didn't strike me as being particularly subtle.
Still, I acknowledge that Pig has toned things down since the original posting.
How does genital eating equal rape?

Let's not discuss this further.
Maybe I was reading too deeply into it, maybe not. It's a moot point now since the version I was referring to isn't the one currently in use.
I liked it well enough, I suppose. It's not the most interesting article I've seen, but it's certainly not the worst. The only real complaint I have is that the containment procedures felt overly detailed and tedious.
I think it's weird and funny. Upvoted without hesitation.
if your reading this your gay
I like this. It's written believably enough, the effect is fairly interesting, and more importantly, it makes me curious how the fuck did she end up like that. Is it something that was done to her by her captor, or did he capture her because of the property?
Upvoted.
That containment procedures. We should create a protocol for skips who need to be protected even from the SCP personnel one of these days. Anyways, I liked this a bit more (specially the part where the parents consumed her photos gave me a good impression). I can upvote and regret nothing!
+1
I was ready to downvote this from the initial description, then changed to neutral with the doctor ambiguity, and then to an upvote when people at the photographs. It's not my favorite article, but it does enough right that I enjoyed it by the end.
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
