2013 has been marked by a ton of cleverly-written in-site jokes. It's good that I'm here right now to understand the joke behind every new skip coming out. And about the skip, it was really funny (and it stands by its own since I didnt read Saturn Deer). +1

Only thing I would mention is where it says "Agents disguised as Park Rangers", Shouldn't that be "Guards"? I always thought Agents were the ones who went out and recovered these things, rather than guarding them.
I usually refer to those guarding the inside of Sites as Guards, and those out in the field (especially undercover) as Agents. That's up to any individual author though.
