So, in addition to this joint challenge, I've thought up some challenges for all you writers out there. The first batch is:

1. Write a tale that reasonably combines two or more canons 
2. Write an article/tale based on a Dog Fact from #site19
3. Roll 1d2, then 1d1000. The first number signifies what SCP series you will be writing from and the second one is the actual article in that series. Write a tale about that article¹ that involves one of the following emotions, which will be picked by rolling 1d9:

Open Emotional Pit

Happiness	Sadness	Confusion
Fear	Longing	Serenity
Hope	Anger	Despair

1. Take something well-known to the site in Foundation history (e.g. KPC becoming a dog, Bright being trapped in 963, the CI split) and change something about it. The outcome, the people involved, even the event itself. Now write about it, either at the time where you changed it or in the future, showing how it's affected things.
2. Walk into #site19. Write about the first thing you see²

Is there somewhere to look at a list of previous dog facts or should we just jump into chat and use the current one?

I doubt there's a master list, so just jump into chat. Dog facts come and go fairly quickly, so it's not like there's gonna be a shortage.

I wrote this all in one sitting and the immediately coldposted it. I have no clue if it'll succeed or not, but I don't really care at this point. It was fun. I used the third variant to determine the challenge; the SCP number and the emotion are in the comments. See if you can guess 'em!

Very, very well done. Good job at incorporating a wide variety of emotions into this.
