Basically the Doc was doing something he wasn't supposed to be doing and tried to hide it.

I don't believe the quotes are necessary. Abdominal area may work.

SCP-1598 consistently generates various appendages and internal organs quite rapidly

"quite rapidly" is a little off tone. Maybe 'at a rapid rate' may be better, albeit this is stylistic.

During altercations, SCP-1598 has shown an absolute refusal to submit to any attempt at conventional suppression to the point of threatening its own life.

I'm not sure what you mean here, unless you're saying it will run towards bullets or so? Maybe I'm just tired.

The following are selected samples of writings created by SCP-1598 in chronological order that are considered to be sensitive information.

You see, that all seems to flow into one message. While powerful, it also brings to question: did that thing shit out that much shit, or just write really tiny? How does one discern "YOUIDIOTS" as sensitive, as opposed to "THEBURDENISTOOMUCH"?
