Holy shit, guy. Someone finally found a use for Germ-X that I can get behind. I usually don't get very into animal-based SCPs, because I'm a dunce when it comes to biology, but this is really top-notch in terms of an effect that's limited enough to be interesting but dangerous enough to also be interesting.
One quibble: most dump trucks and cranes also use on-board computers and circuit boards. As do all cars made after…I dunno, 1985, maybe? Not to be a stickler, but you'd probably have to either use well-maintained older models of equipment or use specially built, computerless (or silicon-circuit-board free, at least) equipment. And keep away from traffic, because you'll presumably take out all cars that come into the effect radius as well.
