I wasn't sure about this at first. The initial interview definitely sounds like a kid, maybe one who's delirious or otherwise compromised, but the second is kind of your standard "creepy voice over the intercom" shtick. That said, the potato chips and vomit motif presents a spooky internal logic to the whole proceeding, though I wasn't a fan of people turning into vomit randomly at the end. Like, there's just nothing you can do about that, though the containment procedures are about the best countermeasure, I guess.
That said, finding out this is based on a childhood nightmare makes the whole thing pop into focus, and now I'm thinking I should try writing something along those lines, too. :)
