Okay, this started out feeling very much like Gollum/Smeagol talking to himself/themselves, but that last document is… intriguing. I would probably downvote if it was just the double personality thing, but I'm not sure now.

It seems a bit too much like a cross between SCP-423 "Fred" and SCP-1318 "Frankie" in that it appears in random texts and it makes you talk to yourself.

Well, I was a bit creeped out by "…like having brown hear or wearing glass." I have both, and I thought it was going to be that type of article.

It feels like a cross of several ideas, but I love the idea of a seemingly inanimate SCP object demonstrating that it's fully aware of its containment and apologizing for giving us trouble. Plus the "People's Libraritarian Army" is a fun touch.

I'm thinking that, with a bit of work, this (The People's Liberation Army) could be a new GOI. I'm thinking that their goal would be to "free humanity from [stuff that limits freedom, such as dictatorships] & ignorance [such as the Foundation withholding information from the public (thereby being an enemy, but a benevolent one, of the Foundation)]".

Woops, just realized that it's the People's LibRARation (as in library) Army, not the People's Liberation (as in liberty) Army XD, although the above idea could still be good.

Wow, this post looks like it was just hit by the Elaboration Squirrel.

It is a pun on the real world People's Liberation Army which is the national army of the People's Republic of China.

I was thinking at first that it just infected people with Fred, but that last note is really good and making me reconsider my opinion of the entire piece.

One question: why isn't this Euclid? It can affect things outside its containment, considering that it successfully brainwashed a group of agents and researches to provide it with more printers. Just because it says it won't do that again doesn't exactly mean it should be believed.

It was able to affect them like that because a printer happened to be within its range before they knew about that effect. As long as it's kept in that area and away from other printers, it's Safe.

On this read-through, it doesn't do a lot for me. Still, I'm going to give eight-months-ago me the benefit of the doubt and just cancel my vote instead of downvoting.
