It's an interesting idea, but unfortunately I don't think you've really done anything with it.
Yeah, execution is pretty good, but the idea itself (IQ test what makes tester and testee SWITCH BRAAAAAAAINS) is where the issue is. Also, you include such discouraged Old-School SCP Throwbacks as the ever-beloved humorous researcher note. Also your SCP has a shrugging dolphin. Your SCP has a shrugging dolphin. If it weren't for the principle of the thing, I'd upvote for audacity.
Like Esko said, this isn't the most interesting idea, but it was executed well. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt with this one. So, a +1. I don't know if you did this or not, but take your new drafts, when you have any, to the Chat or the forums. People can look over the drafts and help you with problems it may have. And again, I don't know if you took this SCP to the chat, but next time, I'd advise against cold posting.
…Hell. This, to me, looks like pretty damn good writing, style and tone-wise that I really, really don't want to downvote. However, as said upthread, you don't do much with the concept. No vote.
I'd upvote this it if wasn't for the fact that they tested a mindwiping item on a member of staff

*gasp* Not █████████! My third cousin twice removed was killed by a tractor while trying to █████████!
I feel like there must be several more interesting effects that this could have instead of/in addition to swapping knowledge. Also I have to downvote due to lolfoundation, I would definitely recommend losing those parts.
At first I thought the mind-swapping thing was a bit boring in itself. But the dolphin experiment suggest that it can have interesting and scary results. I think that aspect could be more prominent. That reminded me of the dolphins from the Hitchiker's guide. (And I really liked the monkey with the “I don't know” sign). I don't really see it as lolfoundation. The tests made me laugh, but the researchers are not trying to goof off.
I upvoted. The tone is good, the tests, though some were a bit humorous, were not lolfoundation. The concept isn't horribly original and the article itself kinda just sits there, but it is functional enough that I feel like it should have its rating leveled out slightly. The
Thanks for the feedback, all - I did take this to chat to make sure it was mostly OK, but some time in the drafts forum would probably have done it some good.
Made some changes for clarity and unlolfoundationness, and added another test at the end that I was thinking of doing anyway.
Hm. The last test caused me to change my vote from no vote to upvote.
