I'm just curious what everyone consider to be the inviolate "facts" of the scp-verse.
What are the things that would make you downvote an otherwise good bit of writing because it clashes with your mental picture of this world we all play in?
Mine are pretty sparse:
-Containment comes before description.
-682 can't be killed.
-Bright will always come back.
-The Foundation is a secret organization, and means to stay that way.
-The priority is secure, contain, protect; all other considerations are secondary.
Other than that, I'll forgive anything if the story is even mildly entertaining. You?
Edit: Forgotten Things. I'll probably add more as posts remind me.
-Wondertainment isn't malicious.
-AWCY? are douches, all of them, to varying degrees.
-MC&D are in it for the money. Respect and status are also important, but less so than the money.
-Nobody listens to the Ethics Committee.
-110-Montauk is more horrible than whatever you think it is.
