Can't see him on the mainlist, can someone link me please? I can only presume it's one of the Wondertainment 'Mr.' line but I'm sure I've read all of them.

Small correction "I really appreciate how much they're done for me." they're should be they've.

He was in one of the Halloween tales. There might be more tales about different versions of him. Did you try the site search?

There is no mainlist Mr. Shapey, but he's on the list of SCP-909. This is one personal interpretation of what Mr. Shapey could be.

For future reference, this is based on SCP-1097, the Liquified Empath.

I really want to like this, but there's just not enough here to make the snippet worthwhile. :( No vote.

I would honestly recommend — not expanding it, but changing some of the detail to make it more interesting.

Just to take one example: "I never thought they would treat me like Redd…" — bleh, this is obvious, and not interesting. Why not a reference to something we totally don't understand at all?

I see your point, but the fun about these stories is that you can read one and click a link or search for another one to understand the one you are reading and this may lead you to an SCP fiile you didn't know you might find interesting. (Note: this experience is greatly magnified if you are new to the site.) The thing about Redd is ok in my opinion but I know that this needs something more dramatic, powerful, swift, to make it better.
