I don’t see why this is being downvoted. It’s creatively written, well paced, and I definitely enjoyed it.

Thankya kindly! The problem is that I screwed up the coding and it took a minute or two to fix it, so some folks saw nothing but a blank page in the meantime.
EDIT: Also possibly what Hot-coles said!
It's probably because people dislike the fact that Dr. Wondertainment is the SCP here, which goes against the purpose of what Dr. Wondertainment is supposed to be: a GOI.
Nobody really knows what Dr. Wondertainment is; that's what gives the idea so much room to expand.
what Dr. Wondertainment is supposed to be: a GOI.
A GoI can also be an anomaly/SCP, such as the Factory and practically the entirety of the Alexylva University.
I think the smug tone and initial self-inserty vibe (it is a self-insert on a meta-level) may be turning people off, but after finishing this I decided I like it.
Also a possibility. Unfortunately, the smug self-inserty tone was a deliberate choice on my part and, I feel, an integral part of the story's flow.
Ah well, if she fails, she fails!
At first glance I was turned off by the tone, but yeah, after rereading and finishing the piece a day later, it's one of my favorites in recent months. You've done something really nice with the Dr. Wondertainment canons; I hope it sticks around. I saved a copy of the piece for myself, just in case "she fails."
I do hear and relate to some of the complaints, though - I hope that other heads of GOIs don't become skips in and of themselves following the Scarlet King, and it does feel a bit out of character. Congratulations on coming up with such a controversial skip, at least!
Haha, well thank you for that! It's a dubious honor, but I'll take it.
As I've mentioned elsewhere in the thread, if this does get taken down, I do intend to put it back up in some other form, likely a tale. Doing so will likely mean I'll have to rewrite it to some degree so it'll fit its new space, so keep hold of your copy of this version. It may be a collector's item someday!
I don't think the meta and overly cutesy self-aware tone of the article really supports the cool concept you aim for here (especially with the OTT of a lot of these offsets). I also don't particularly care for making heads of GoIs skips, but at least as an 001 it could be more of a believable sell.
I have to agree with the meta and smug, cutesy tone of the article being off-putting. I might have been able to overlook that, but in the end I wasn't really sold on the justification for why Wondertainment is bothering to write an 001 proposal. It came across as more of an authorial device to present the concept rather than something the character would actually do.
Great. Now that the Scarlet King is an 001, I predicted that important figures — such as Ion or Yaldaboath — will start becoming 001s. This is one of those, and I just can't support it. This is the start of a trend, and a trend I feel will fall flat on its face fast.
I also don't like the pacing here, and it is never explained why the document behaves as such. This just comes off as sloppy, and it ends abruptly without proper context. -1

Um, Bright made the Factory into a skip and TwistedGears/djkaktus made the Broken God long before Big Red got the 001 treatment.
This needs a better ending. A message to the foundation, instead of a message to the reader. I feel like it would give the piece a little more coherence in-universe.
Otherwise, this is quite good. Upvoted.
Well thankya for the upvote despite your misgivings! If it helps any, the message was actually meant for both the reader and the Foundation. Several articles now have given shown or at least given hints that Wondertainment is actually fond of the Foundation in his own little way, from small things like thanking them for providing quality assurance testing to big things like making an entire anomalous board/card game based on the Foundation.
Of course, he's also been shown as adversarial (sometimes within the same article), but that whole dichotomy was one of the the things I tried to encapsulate here. One way or the other, he wants them to come along for the grand experience that is Dr. Wondertainment.
It would be better if Dr. Wondertainment would remain to be secret, Nice attempt though
ignor pls
Well I did like the idea and the execution but, as a 001 (I mean it's better than some other proposals not naming names) I just don't like it, I don't really get why this should be an scp, specially a 001 proposal. It would probably work better as a normal skip or a tale. So no voting for now fuck it I'll upvote it.
Also I don't know if I like this trend of turning GOIs into 001s, it worked with the Scarlett King because it is tied to the existence of the foundation.
Well I'm glad ya liked it at least!
Whether or not Wondertainment is actually tied up in the Foundation's existence (I could point out that he posits that he is in the penultimate iteration, but I digress), I like to imagine that he himself thinks he is at least. :)
