Ok let's see
Testing reveals the parts belonging to one ████████ ██ █████.
I feel like this should be later in the article. It seems like you are describing the original subject.
I'm a little confused as to what this SCP is. It's a collection of organs that… produce electricity when assembled correctly?
chitinous bits
Poor word choice here for a technical document.
Construction of an instance of SCP-1519 takes an average of 10 minutes with proper preparations.
This seems a little too glib. You don't really mention what one has to do to construct SCP-1519, or what must be done to prepare (other than harvesting organs, I assume.)
SCP-1519s mouths, or openings, can be fed into virtually any power source. The ‘lips’ on the ends of SCP-1519 reflexively form a conductive, sealed barrier to facilitate the flow of electricity. SCP-1519 will detach from a feed only when SCP-1519 has lost a sufficient amount of power. SCP-1519 cannot be reactivated after it has been fully drained of power.
How does it plug into a standard AC socket? Does it have metal tongues that hook themselves into the system? (And, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you need a vacuum to allow for electrical flow.)
Note found in stonework jar in Florence, Italy at the place of SCP-1519’s discovery
This is the part that I thought was the most interesting. I want to know more about this guy- what drove him to create this biomachine? How did he die? I like to think of him as being some kind of alternate-universe Luigi Galvani.
or if the device is drained, a Scottish delicacy.
This line made me chuckle.
Overall, the description and some of the technical parts are vague and confusing to the point where I think I might be misreading the whole thing.
Made a few changes, a bit more later.
It's supposed to be
and he is the SCP-XXX, which is still functional. I didn't mention there being any other instances, only blueprints and an original.
Yes. All it does is produce electricity.

I don't understand what you are saying here. Feed *into* a power source?
Also tonefail much like Tom mentioned.
Overall, this isn't a bad concept but needs to be written better than this, and that's me who loves biofuckery of this kind , usually.
I liked the concept, but the wording could use some untangling.
I'll stand by the other critiques, but this is silly.
Not really. You're saying that apparently there is some part of the human body that is SO SECRET that it gets redacted from the normal report.
Regardless of that, but thanks, noted.
I'm referring to the organ constructed of other organs, I just don't want to give it a name as that is sort of corny to me.
Not nearly as corny as the SECRET BODY PART that you have right now.
An organic generator.
How does that work? Scientifically it makes no sense whatsoever, but its creepy and it seems like you put some work into writing this.
Upvote.
I upvoted for the concept, but I'm not 100% sure why it was acquired by the Foundation at all.
Does the design somehow break the laws of physics? Is some kind of demonic invocation required?
If it's just a novel way to arrange organic material for a beneficial purpose, there's no reason to lock it up.
Yeah, what's that C stand for again?
There are enough unknowns in the equation to bring cause for concern here, I think.
"The note transcripted from Italian, unnecessary portions edited and revised for readability." <— missing a word in there, probably "The note was transcripted…" Otherwise, I'm not yet sure how I feel on this article. I'll mull it over for a while and come back.
EDIT: Also, does it produce or leech electricity? I was a bit confused as far as that when I read the article…
