Wow, that was fast. Absolutely brilliant description of the events. Concise, too. Thanks for taking the time to make that!

EDIT: After re-reading it, I never implied that Pamela Smith and Howard (Watts, if you need his surname) are married. Would you mind correcting that?.

You're welcome. I feel that this is one of the few articles that actually needs an explanation, which is why I was so quick on the draw.

Just a heads-up. Towards the end of the description in your explanation article, the word 'past' should be 'passed.'

In my opinion, I would think of this to be an anomalous item. Or a tale for that matter. Yes, it teleports you into a random forest, but that's it? It would make for a great tale or anomalous item in my opinion. I dont think personally, it would make the cut for an SCP.

But ratings downgrade my statement and this is a +1 from me.

I like how purposefully bare bones it is. You can tell it's setting up something, keeping information that would otherwise be rote inclusions out of the description. And then that last line of the letter drops and it all makes sense. +1

Glad to see more short skips. This is a perfect example of how to tell a story without needing to have a long and convoluted entry. Writing for both the entry itself and the interviews were great, got across the exact information they needed to; no more or less. +1.

I remember critting this. Its a far cry from before, despite that only being a few days. It still isn't my kind of thing, I really don't care about the characters, but I think its as good as its going to get.

One other thing though, there was a small tonal error in the beginning of the description, I went ahead and fixed it for you. Obviously feel free to revert.

EDIT: I came from the reddit post, read the first comment and it clicked. Still not my kind of thing, but I like it better.

EDIT II: Okay Zyn reverted, I'll just say that I didn't think the segment "and a few cosmetic alterations" worked. It felt very informal to me, so maybe edit that.

As someone who dislikes love stories and usually goes out of his way to not read them, I gotta say congrats on breaking through my shell. This has just the right amount of words and feels. +1

EDIT: Holy shit I just realized why it was empty thanks to that scpexplained article. I wish I could upvote this twice.
