I think this is a really interesting concept. I noted at the beginning it states that it is resilient to heat and pressure, and I was annoyed that this was mentioned, because why would they test for this? I'm glad you addressed this in the logs, and it serves me right for being judgmental before finishing the article.
However, I feel like the main story here doesn't go anywhere that I at least found interesting. I feel like it is rather standard: Device lets researchers see the future, use it for short term benefits, only to realize that the world ends far enough into the future. In that regard, it doesn't feel too different from what SCP-2003 was going for.
Finally, while some of the cross-links feel well implemented, i'm not keen on this SCP having an origin resulting from another SCP, as well as being responsible for the creation of another SCP, especially one as well known as 1322.
So, overall, it's going to be a no-vote for me. That being said, the concept for the idea, as well as Chrono-Link, is interesting.
