No, because it doesn't give you the lady's personality. It just gives you the body image of that woman.
Ah, so, technically, it's a reverse of 963. Hmmm.

13 gets ARC'd and a new 13 is up in about 30 seconds. Oh wow.
But yeah, I'm not quite feeling this. No vote.
Writing needs work, but I like the general concept. Cigarettes seems a little random, but whatevs. No vote.
This is pretty solid. The note's enough to give a little backstory but leave us wondering.

I like this, I like this a lot. One thing I would like to see is the psychological effects of a male using it. I know many transgendered people and let me tell you, being forced to live as the opposite sex (even if only in perception) is torture.
I like it. Subtle but very mysterious and potentially dangerous. Ah, also:
subjects will gradually begin to perceive themselves as having the features of the woman, and will gradually perceive their bodies changing to reflect her appearance (…)
Sounds a little redundant to me. Wouldn't "Subjects will gradually begin to perceive themselves as having the appearance of the unidentified woman" work better?
Despite that, a fine SCP to me.
Don't really like the effect.
Immediately after consuming an instance of SCP-013, subjects will immediately perceive

I think that 013 instead of SCP-013 is too informal for an article and should only be used OOC and in tales, but that might be just me.

I disagree with this. Redundantly using SCP-XXX becomes tiresome and clumsy in my opinion.
For what it's worth; tedundant, repetitious, tiresome, and clumsy terminology is very much in keeping with the style of the formal scientific/bureacratic documentation that SCPs are supposed to emulate.
Science journals are full of sentences like "Fully-detailed-drawn-out-designation shows the behavior characteristic of Fully-detailed-drawn-out-designation when subjected to the conditions that Fully-detailed-drawn-out-designation reacts to."
But it ultimately comes down to a matter of personal taste.
…crap, Dex, I didn't see your comment till after I replaced the 013s with SCP-013s. N.b. that I routinely change ###s to SCP-###s wherever I see them (and bother editing), but… if it's a conscious stylistic choice on your part, I better revert my changes.
