Credit to DarkStuff for concept help, as well as Captain Kirby, MaliceAforethought, and -9Volt- for crit. Also bonus thanks to Kirby for the title and Volt for assistance with the show's name.

I like how this nonexistant anime actually feels like a real show that could exist, rather than a cheesy parody. The last Foundation comment was also great.

Technically it's animated, but not anime. Like Generator Rex or The Clone Wars.

And yeah. Penumbra W.A.V.E., behind the scenes, draws heavily from a universe that's been rolling around in my brain like a tumbleweed for a good 8 years now.

Tbh the initial spark for this draft was that I felt the urge to write a skip where the containment procedures are "an MTF must annoy the SCP on tumblr/reddit/deviantart".

If it makes you sleep better, perhaps 3949 simply took a break from social media and moved on to another show.

I though this was clever, funny, and well written, but how could Omicron-5 criticize the work without(probably) knowing about the show? Is it like that the 2% who "remember" the show always remember it across each 3949 manifestation, and Omicron 5 is composed of such people?
