April Fool's coldpost and maybe collaboration
I know some people (in the Western Hemisphere) are still in 31 March, but as far as I'm concerned, it's 1 April/Easter in my part of the world.
Alright, so this is set in the lolFoundation canon. I was inspired by the canon's hub, where it made reductionist statements on the various GoIs. We have way more GoIs since then, so the canon hub's list feels way too dated. This article hopes to rectify that, doing it all in jest, I'd say.
But since I can't come up with detailed lampooning for each GoI, I am leaving this as a collaboration for all to include their reductionist takes on the multitude of GoIs that crop up.
Here are the collaboration's rules:
- Use any GoIs that have been acknowledged by the site via tags (i.e. if it has a GoI tag, go for it).
- Do not use the GoIs mentioned in the lolFoundation canon hub (i.e. no GOC, SH, CI, CotBG, AWCY, or UIU). They're already reduced; this article does them no favours.
- As for placement, drop them in alphabetic order (based on the GoI you're writing about). The SPC one is special and should be the absolute final excerpt (being a reasonable punchline). If you're writing about a GoI that starts with the letter 'T', just write above the SPC entry.
