Wait, if they don't kill people or torture them, then what exactly happens to people who fail a RETRIEVAL MISSION? The skip file says they disappear and can't be recovered.

Just me so far, hence why it's not an official GoI yet. The hub is tagged as a collaboration and anyone is free to write an SCP or Tale about them.
