Question: Does it have to connect with Phase 2 stories? For example, are we allowed to drag SCPs that are not mentioned in the first two phases in the new tale?

Alright, since we have no answers on this discussion page, and Clef isn't responding to my PM (if anyone else wants to try it, feel free), I'm going to pose a scenario: some of us work together to create the first Phase 3 Tale.
If this is a bad idea, feel free to shoot me down. But, since this isn't moving at the moment, and one guy with one tale isn't likely to kick start it, a collab experiment might be a good idea. Anyone in?
