DARKSTUFF : Hello! Thank you for coming to see our performance! I hope you will enjoy the show, and I will remind you to silence your cellphones now.

DARKSTUFF : You might just want to sit tight, then! This thing has been in production for roughly five months now, and I hope that the effort shows. The pictures — and videos — were taken by myself, and so was the original idea. However, I must admit that this play would have been unfortunately plotless if it weren't for my pal. Please, welcome, the one! The only! VARAXOUS!

Why should we let them sing?
VARAXOUS: Greetings all! Wonderful turnout we have here.
So absorbed in their cheers and jeers.
Applause
Have you ever thought about why it sings?
VARAXOUS: Thank you, thank you! Now, as much as I would love to take all of the credit, all I did was add some words and fight some owls for a good dream. While Darkstuff was an absolutely crucial piece of the puzzle, without the wonderful help of everyone involved, this wouldn't have had turned nearly as amazing as it did. I'd like to thank Tanhony, Weryllium, CaptainKirby, Ninevolt, thebillith, not_a_seagull, and PeppersGhost. Without their help, there wouldn't be any lights, any set, hell, not even any actors! So please give them, and everyone else involved in this wonderful production, a big hand!
USE YOUR EYES AND LOOK UP. TRULY SEE.
Pause to wait for the applause to subside
The owl's view is so far and so wide.
VARAXOUS: Now I'm sure you're all tired of the sweaty, skinny person standing in front of you all preventing the play from starting. So without further adieu, let the play…
That sometimes they forget to check their own feathers.
VARAXOUS takes a large bow
A dream plucked away from one of the 12.
VARAXOUS: …Begin!
What lies in the center?
Curtains fall in front of VARAXOUS and every light turns off except for the ones focused on the stage.

It's not a party until you summon a lesser demon.
It's finally arrived! I see it's been tightened up since the last time I saw it, which is good, since it's a pretty lengthy read as-is. The pacing works a lot better now, though, and I love the ending you guys went with. I'm still not sold on the containment breach event, but nevertheless, this is definitely upvote worthy.
Goddamn, the twist at the end is just upsetting in the best way possible.
Question is, is 3713 satisfied now? Will it come back?
+1
What do you think?
Me, personally, I think the show must go on…
For the sake of PoI-3713's mental health her mother, Cecelia Marquez, has been made somewhat aware of the events that transpired and the consequences of sharing information
I loved this portion. The Foundation actually reveals itself to someone in an effort to make things better. But I could easily see the knowledge of this event making things worse.
This entire thing is fantastic. +1
Because another GoI (like the Globalition of occult) might do something than the anomaly itself?
Ayy, it's up! Nice work at creating some fucking weird stuff.

Much as I always say life would be better if it had musical numbers, I found myself thinking this was a little silly at first. But you convinced me with the descriptions of the various musicals that happened. (I want to hear "We Stay in the Dark (So You May Live in the Light)" now!) And then you get into the girl who broke the whole thing, and that was just really intense and emotional, solid work, the kind of thing that I keep coming back here for.
Okay so
that was incredible. At first I thought this was just a fun little SCP where people are compelled to sing and perform in musicals. That in it of itself is worth a +1, but the stuff with the PoI was *so* compelling! I loved reading it. This is what a great SCP looks like. Bravo. Bravisimo. Encore!
Also, I like the little button to close the interviews. I've never seen that before. That was convenient.
i confess i've always wanted the super power to make busby berkley musicals occur in real life so this was an easy sell for me, but then you went and wrote a damn fine skip. thanks, and encore!
Oh boy.
I don't usually comment on anything but man, that was the most frightening existential horror, and the most interesting characters I've seen in a while. The twist is marvellous too.
This just kept surpassing my expectations all the way through. Bravo.
I assume there will be a lot of ovations for this performance.
Oh and also, in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!
