This has some similarities to SCP-536 (both enable the user to vary universal constants within a box), but it's different enough for me. I desperately want to know what happens if you create sentient beings without a license.
Possible word omission with "expansion of your universe will automatically stop when it reaches 5cm of the outer container:" it's unclear what the 5 cm measurement refers to.
