Alternative universe where Anderson Robotics ends up being sponsored by the Foundation. Here, they never got Issac on board, and eventually decided against resorting to MC&D. A lot of the events however, do parallel those of the main canon :D

Great thanks to Conwell, Modern_Erasmus, Flawed, Othello, MaliceAF, taylor_itkin, Tufto, CaptainKirby, Nvayeth, Dr0Shadow, DropzoneAce, thebillith, Maxson and all those who read and/or helped with the draft.

I'll just admit that I wrote this mainly for the first section

I love this so much.

You really nailed how Anderson's character would change in this alternate timeline, and the idea of SCP-1360 and Researcher Conwell becoming best friends is just delightful.

In addition, the battle at the end has the usual fun, glitz, and glamour of the wizard battles of the other tales in the Anderson series.

+1 Sunny. This is delightful.

Awww thanks XD Glad you like how this plays out!

Hector deserves happniess, and so does Conwell. But not Anderson tho!

This is a great hypothetical. I almost wish it were more broad, though. It'd be nice to see more of the implications of a Foundation with the minds of Anderson at its disposal. Regardless, what's here is very good.

Aw thanks XD

I did consider about how Foundation would be with Anderson's tech; I think mainly that a lot of the explorations would be done by robots. And that maybe at first AR is still half-independant, but Foundation influence gradually sipped in. But I can't really come up with much of a story to go with that, sadly, so instead focused more on Anderson's experience.

I think it's a typo I'm seeing here:

"After a short walk and one elevator ride, Anderson was standing in front on the Special Robotics Department of Site-64."

Typo addressed, thanks for mentioning it!

As a general note, spelling and grammar fixes (for typos, not stylistic intentional errors) can be made without necessitating author or staff permission.

I feel like this concept has a lot of potential.
