Apart from that I'd expunge the names other than "Frankie" I really like this.
I talked it over with Frankie and we agree that this deserves an upvote.
does Frankie have any suggestions on how we can eliminate SCP-682?

This is just great, especially the subvocalizations. This is almost too useful, except for the whole spreading cognitohazard bit.
It's actually not useful at all. The rats don't help you think, they just make you think they do, to the point where you believe that you can't do good work at all without them.
I took it as the rats actually inspiring creativity and progress. Is it just that they take over a person's sense of where there own ideas come from, then? Well, that certainly wouldn't be useful at all.
I think the point is that the rats are actually detrimental to the creative process, since you start to develop a dependency on them.
I was gonna get all worked up about how you said "amnestics" instead of "amnesiacs," but Frankie said "relax."
