Solid twist that manages to redeem an otherwise short and somewhat bland article.
I don't get it. I must be missing something. What is the twist?
Excellent! I love MC&D formats. I feel it could have benefited from a bit more substance, but the ending was good.
I'd also like to give you a reminder to add this to the MC&D Hub under recent acquisitions, as well as the GoI Formats page.
Regarding tagging, I've tagged the article with the appropriate tags. Since this featured Wondertainment articles rather significantly, I have also included the 'dr-wondertainment' tag (if the author does not mind it). If the author does not find it in alignment with their vision, they are free to change it.
Is this supposed to be SCP-387 or something different?
No, they are selling a Dr Wondertainment toy that look like Lego figures. Also to answer your question that you also posted, MC&D are receiving a complaint that the item does disturbing behavior. MC&D alter the product description made by Dr Wondertainment to falsely state that the toys behave on the bases of what the kids want to do. Basically, blaming the kids for the disturbing behavior. Then, they also attached a thing from Prometheus Labs to "certify" that it's just the kids for the toy can "detect" something wrong with the kids. This is false and just a thing to reduce complaints and blame the kids even though the toys are the problem.
