This is actually an idea I had before my hiatus, just didn't write it up before now. The inspiration for it is actually buried in the third addenda :)

This is the discussion related to the wiki page SCP-873.
i like this, but i really do not like the SCP-873’ thing. the items should be SCP-873-1 and SCP-873-2, for consistency and readability.
I may change that if more people object. There's a logic to it in that the two objects are actually the same object at different points in time.
Neat idea, although this is annoyingly similar to my current SCP project. seems like you beat me to the punch!
I gotta say, the description of the guy beating his wife to death is incredibly effective. Good work.

I appreciate that. It was very hard to write even though I knew how it would play out before I wrote it. I have a new respect to the writer(s) of Memento.
I didn't really care for it. It's not a bad SCP, it's just not my cup of tea. Anyway, you're probably gonna get a lot of "-1 because sphere" people. Just a heads up.
No he/she won't. It's not like there is a ban on certain shapes. It's a ban on generic geometric shapes that do crazy stuff because they are a product of lazy writing. This is a crystal ball that has some pretty interesting properties, and the author wrote a very good story around it. Yeah, It's a sphere, deal with it ;)
I thought it was a very intriguing and smart idea. Then again, I'm a sucker for weird time anomaly thingies. +1!
That's the logical reason for downvoting, but there are quite a few people who downvote just because it's a shape. And, like I said, it was just a heads up.
I will say I thought about that, but I have a habit of tempting fate when I write these. My first SCP was titled with a lol-cat reference… if that isn't tempting a knee-jerk downvote, I don't know what is :)
