Scantron, the standard unit I believe is meters/second, so meters/h isn't really "standard", per say.
I don't really see a problem with using a small value for kilometers/hour.
4 meters is easier to visualize than 0.004 kilometers, IMO. Meters per second could certainly work, theoretically, but then it would be on the order of 1mm/s, which again, I think would be more difficult to visualize than 4 meters per hour. My main concern here is readability.

I believe your charts are all messed up……. Need some help?
I made some quick adjustments with your chart, would you like your charts in this format?
Test 1369-01 | |
Subject 1 | D-23045, a Caucasian male 34 years of age. |
Subject 2 | D-23405, an Asian male 40 years of age. |
Results of testing after four days | Amorphic, gray masses appear in five (5) locations around SCP-1369. |
Results of testing at two months | Masses of SCP-1369-A form into the shape of human heads similar in appearance to the test subjects. SCP-1369-A appears to be sapient for a space of four days before adopting a manner similar to SCP-1369, emitting a continual moaning. SCP-1369-A continues growth, additional heads budding from the main head, finally taking on an appearance similar to SCP-1369. |
I am starting to consider if I should take one day, sit my ass in front of the computer, and write a manual about wikidot syntax.
That looks very nice, although another column in the first row was not my intention. If the general consensus is that that looks better, go for it.
I will apply the new chart for now. However I will work my way to find a better format for your SCP (Not today, since I have a document due soon ~"~).
To be honest, I found wikidot syntax sometimes very frustrating.
There's some good stuff here (I love the interview for some reason. Ha ha! Who wouldn't? MOAAAAAN ) but the nature of the thing itself just doesn't do anything for me. It's not horrifying or gross, it's just … kinda confusing.
weirdest freaking thing i've read on here in a while. confused and upvoting.
I made the changes, Copernicus. However things are not working out as I planned and for some reasons, the two new charts are somehow "combined". I've separated them with a horizontal line for now, and will work my way to find a better solution.
By the way, sorry that I forgot to add comments when editing. Is there a way to add that now?
It looks fine to me, I didn't even notice the line the first time, thanks.
I don't mind what people do with the formatting as long as it aids readability and doesn't detract from the article itself.
