The finale of Vend-a-Friend. I don't have much to say about this one, other than I had tons of fun writing it and it made me feel things (especially the Baxter part). This has been one crazy ride for me, so thank you all for joining me on my first tale series. This has been a learning experience. I now know that the longer I do something, the less interested I get, and it gets to be a hurdle that I have to get over to keep writing. I hope that's not apparent, especially seeing as I had fun writing this still and that should be apparent first. Anyways, I'm rambling. Thank you all for being here! Mwah~!

If Brian were any more disquieting, he'd disturb Icky and Manny. I can't quite call this a satisfying ending, but it's certainly well done.

Yeah, not quite satisfying, is it? Wouldn't it be great if it didn't quite end?

I would like to recognize that, yeah, it isn't the best of endings. It's not that I didn't know how to end it, I knew exactly where this was going since the moment that I started it, but as I said in the main author discussion post, I was losing steam the more I wrote this and I am certain it is apparent. However, I had tons of fun writing these characters, the Baxter part made me emotional, and I loved writing sad Wondertainment (and desperately needed to have the series end with the cuddle puddle line).

Wow. I had no qualms about Brian not being a pedo, that was obviously just him fitting the profile with his erratic behavior.

They could climb the stairs, and that would be bad. No kid wants that. No kid at all.

But this is some of the most sinister shit I have ever read, god damn.

Out of all the Wondertainment tales and hubs, Vend-A-Friend is the best because it's dark but doesn't shove every GOI and cult in it. All the staff, workers, dynamics, and products fit the Wondertainment aesthetic so well.

Holy hell, this was some pretty heavy stuff. Brian's scene is written absolutely amazingly and Baxter confronting the children was really touching. The final scene is also very emotional and continues to present an interesting interpretation of Wondertainment.

I liked the earlier tales, but this definitely stood out by just how well written it is. +1

Just responding to say that you sound like this is the last chapter. I am hereby reminding you that there is actually quite a lot more. If you never had that misconception, you can gladly ignore this.

Glad you liked the Brian and Baxter scenes! I loved writing them.
