Have you ever read the emperor's new clothes? It is a similar story, but in reverse. It's not so much that you think you're naked, but attempting to undress yourself causes you to put more clothes on.

I get the allusion to The Emperor's New Clothes, but the effect still seems too weak to be a good SCP .
If you added some test logs or an interview that hinted at some darker, more pronounced effects, that could improve it a lot.
Forgetting you have clothes on is a fairly boring effect.

Is two weeks a realistic time frame for death-by-mold-growth? I assume this was exacerbated by him bathing fully dressed, but something about that bugs me.
I really like this— especially the total mundane-ness of the effect. Definitely upvoted, with a few small suggestions:
Whenever SCP-1525-2 decides to remove any article of clothing, they will immediately assume themselves to be fully unclothed.
Is a key description, and a little confusing as it's phrased. Do you mean after they remove it? All their clothes, or one article? Or … while they're removing something?
I also think it would fledge out the weirdness-horror to list at least a few of the layers the first victim was wearing (like, "ten pairs of socks, of various colors). Humorous and awful at the same time.
Edit: Actually, I'd almost think that "upon waking the next day, regardless of what they are wearing" they'll think they are naked, etc— would make more sense. Either that or "upon fastening the watch", as the variation seems unnecessary/doesn't really add creepiness.
When they make the conscious decision to get undressed, they will seamlessly think that they are. The intention itself is the trigger.
Ah, that makes sense (when explained, I still think the phrasing is awkward)— but still bugs me. What if they take of a hat in public, or have a rock in their shoe? There might not be clothes to put on, and the SCP becomes more lulzy than eerie.
I dunno, it depends if you want their mental state to be really obvious to others, or more creeping and subtle. I almost prefer the latter, because then it makes the subject's obliviousness less an outright, almost-comical "Emperor's New Clothes" inversion.
I have changed it accordingly to be a bit clearer. As Uncandescent explained pretty much perfectly, whenever they attempt to fully undress them-self, they find that they are naked (hallucination) - subsequently adding an extra layer of clothing. This repeats until the watch is removed by another person, or when they succumb to infection/hypothermia/whatever.
