"Doesn't" and "shouldn't" seem too colloquial. Should probably be changed to "does not" and "should not".
Also, "…propagates at a rate of approximately ██ m²…" doesn't make sense. Square meters per what, second? Minute? Hour? Day?

Some bits seem, to me, needlessly technical. For example:
If removed from the main pool, samples of SCP-1043-1 cease activity and coalesce, producing an isotropic grey solid of stiffness similar to concrete, but a far higher yield strength - Vickers hardness 50 HD30, but otherwise lacking anomalous properties. Laboratory analysis has revealed the composition to be that of surrounding substrate with SCP-1043 acting as a resin matrix. Initially, an instance of SCP-1043-1 propagates at a rate of approximately ██ m²/hr , assimilating surrounding soil, until reaching a depth of cca. 1.5m and a final area of cca. 8 times the area covered by the resulting SCP-1043-2.
Also, what it does is, ultimately, not very intriguing or creepy.
So im a little confused. Its a pool of concrete….that turns into hands….that build houses. Is that right?
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
Sort of, yes.
It's sort of a self-constructed building in powder form.
Looking at this interest group here, Alexylva University and related objects might help you understand what it is about… i'm wondering whether I should make the relationship more explicit. We'll see how the article fares, and when I get an opportunity to chat with Eskobar.
Yeah, I was getting a University vibe from it. Including "Are We Cool Yet?" was a nice touch.
Giving bearhugs to the unsuspecting since 1872.
Someone's gonna have to explain the "Are We Cool Yet?" bit to me…
One of the smaller Groups Of Interest. Think artists that use the paranormal to do extreme artisty things.
I'm always interested in University objects, I hope this fares well with Eskobar.
I really wish I got a hold of that pic before you did. Oh well.
Upvote because this is pretty cool.
You finished it! I was afraid you had abandoned this one.
So we're clear for the future, I'm not automatically the final arbiter of all things University. I love this (we'd talked about it in chat…months ago, I don't even remember when) but even if I didn't, the University is an SCP thing. Everybody's free to do whatever they want with it; if it sticks, it sticks, and that's that. Y'all go nuts.
I get a strange feeling of deja vu from that image. Was this perhaps posted before and taken down?
numbers "I" to "V" in large red lettering, .
Was something meant to be after the comma?
Final question: do the Roman numerals have any correlation to what structures are built?
The picture comes from PictureIsUnrelated, you might have seen it there.
No, the comma has sneakt up there as a typo.
As of present, I'm not entirely sure they do.
Back when I thought it up originally it was what determined the default construct, and it probably should have been emphasized more - thing is that means there should have been five structure types but I couldn't think of more than these two. I'll either most likely leave it as it is, or, if good enough ideas come about, write them up and then make it more obvious.
Yeah, this is what happens when you finish off something that has been sitting in your sandbox for three months.
Problem: you can see the lettering on the bags on the photo, and it's not at all what the article claims it to be.
I would think that once the SCP found the notebook with fingerprints, they would immediately attempt to identify them. If they did, why is there no mention of it? If not, why not? This seems like a fairly obvious course of action they would take.
They were in the process of working on that when this document was posted, in-universe. Hell, they even know at least one person that must have seen the bugger who was messing with this, but he's probably off to make an exposition at the moment, and fuck if we know where.
I don't get how Alexylva and AWCY both got involved with the same SCP. Did those meddling kids just stumble across a University artifact, or what?
Yes.
Alexylva stuff is essentially misplaced deliveries, so it isn't hard to stumble by. The kids managed to find a bunch of MOLISOLUS sacks. Thinng is, they seem to understand how to use it more than us.
What happened in the Incident 1043-1 is basically an unterminated loop (killed by fire) - Unlike us, who can only make defined pre-forms, the AWCY guy, I'm thinking an architecture student, has figured out how to program it.
ending with "A=43.2[unknown symbol]**2i FUCK YEAH!" underlined twice.
This makes me happy. Having read this at least four times since I joined, I'm still not sure how I feel about it. But the equation coupled with your explanation is enough to tip me towards an upvote.
