Okay, this is a cartoon. These are events that can and should only occur in an animated medium. I am completely and utterly unable to take this seriously. If that's what you were going for, you did a frankly amazing job. But this is simply too hilarious to be an actual SCP.

I'm not saying that this is bad. I'm saying that this is way too silly. The only way this could be any more of a Looney Toons cartoon is if 1202-2 mistook a sick of dynamite for a hot dog, had it blow up in his face, made a smart-ass quip, and then went… and…

I really don't know what to make of this. It's an invincible kung-fu monkey that puts appendages in headlocks and doesn't afraid of anything.

I laughed at most of it. I hope that was the intended effect.

I imagine they could stop it if they wanted to but the Foundation would be a bit wary of doing so because of what happened in the 2nd document.

They'd be fools to try. It's an inherently well-contained event that responds in strange and unpredictable ways to attempted interference. The Foundation is smart enough to know to leave well enough alone.
