I actually don't like this one. It feels much too straightforward a port of the plot of the Metamorphosis to work as a tale.

Agreed. So much room to work this, it could even blend with other works of Kafka in a larger, better tale. As is, it doesn't make nothing but state that the Foundation exists at the setting of The Metamorphosis.

Yeah… as much as I like Kafka, this is just a "story adapted in SCP form" tale that you often see on fan sites and does little to extrapolate or make it interesting.
