You should edit the description to make the description of the object be the first part of the description. It is a description. Take the recovery/discovery log and make it either an addendum or a second paragraph (I'd go with the second.)
That said, I love the addendum, and I'm upvoting.

Is this intentionally implying that the Founder of the SCP Foundation became a disembodied voice and went back in time? Either way, I love it.

I don't think it's the Founder.
But it's some Foundation employee. Or it was, anyway.
I rather like that Dr. ██████'s guess as to how far back in time he went… is wrong. He doesn't have any magical knowledge, he just made an estimate.
I like this one. SCP-1202 sounds the way I would expect an egotistical researcher from the Foundation to talk, especially to someone he considers beneath him.
A couple of nitpicks. I would expect in the description, the report would say which hand was on the forehead and which was digging into his ear canal. Was the other ear damaged as well?
Also, in the containment procedure, the first two sentences are a little confusing. It is hard to tell who should be fitted in full body clothing from the first sentences. Maybe something like "The subject exposed to SCP-1202 is to be quarantined from other site staff and personnel unless the subject is outfitted in clothing completely covering their entire body. This skin suit is to be equipped to the exposed subject immediately upon transfer of SCP-1202 to the subject." Just a suggestion-this SCP is already highly thought of. Upvoted.
I'm a little off and on about the description, it does need a bit of a touch-up for easy flow, maybe starting off with "SCP-1202 is a phenomenon, affecting only one individual at a time and transmitted through direct skin contact. This phenomenon causes…" blah blah blah. Also, somehow my attention skipped a line while reading the containment and I thought SCP-1202 was a skin suit before more careful reading, but I think that's more my wandering eyeballs.
The fact that not only is 1202 (supposedly) a Foundation researcher that got knocked loose from the bounds of reality, but that he's an egotistical, petulant prick sealed the +1 for me, above critiques notwithstanding.
Indent your paragraphs in the "story/report" section of the SCP. Nobody, (not even the faction known as Nobody.)
wants to suffer through 'blocks' of text. When you indent at the beginning of a paragraph, you are giving the reader's brain a place to begin reading. Indentation also implies that a written piece has an air of professionalism, and is expected to be read as a story; rather than a text message from a friend.
On the other hand, kudos for correct spelling and punctuation.

Why is this categorized as "safe"?
Dr Disembodied tried to persuade a Foundation agent to kill another Foundation agent, and apparently has all kinds of horribly dangerous plans for [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED].
And we're keeping him contained in a D-class?
Any Foundation researcher should have enough horrible and anomalous knowledge to qualify as Euclid all by himself. What happens if Dr Disembodied starts telling it to the D-class?
I'll clarify containment procedures a bit.
Would it still be Euclid if the 'carrier' was confined though?
So I happened to notice the blacked-out doctor's name has the same amount of letters as "Jack Bright." Unless I counted wrong due to being tired.
