I'm not confident with this one…. I'm just going to sit back and wait until the bomb goes off.
I will make the effort to improve this SCP based on feedback, though.

I'm going to upvote, but if you're interested, I've copyedited this and posted it on my sandbox at http://sandbox.scp-wiki.net/eskobar on the very top. You should be able to either read it and make the changes (mostly subject/verb and numerical issues) or copy and paste it in here. But people seem to be upvoting regardless, so you don't seem to really need to.
I took one look and this is the first thing that comes to mind.
I REALLY hope this wasn't your inspiration.
Nah. I swear to god its not.
In fact… what is Kingdom of Loathing anyway? I've never heard about it until you gave me the link. Is it some sort of MMORPG?
Kind of, but not really? I literally haven't played it in years, but I remember it being more like a single-player version of the MMO adventuring grind, with stick figure graphics and a text-based interface, but so tongue-in-cheekly humorous that it's not the sort of game you'd really be playing for the graphics or the interface, anyway.

I really want to take this one seriously, but the picture breaks it for me. Mostly because my brain automatically fills in:
We are cursed by Him
He [Unable to translate] vow
[Unable to translate]…ni Adam
Only then I was bees
I upvoted anyway, since it's written well and being bees is a cruddy reason for me to not upvote, but I felt I ought to let you know.

Wait, is this not intentionally referencing the bee meme?
No, it isn't, and it shouldn't. Memes are not a good basis for a serious article. Besides, the item can use any invertebrate for its body, not just bees.
It's a guy.
Made of BEES.
…downvoted. Old meme is old.

He's not made of bees; the ancient Israelites knew that bees were useful and made honey. In fact, I'd venture a guess that he's unable to assimilate bees - or butterflies, or ladybugs. Anything traditionally perceived as useful or attractive.
He's made of vermin. Houseflies and horseflies and bluebottles and cockroaches and centipedes and scorpions and fleas and ticks and lice and mites and tapeworms and silverfish and termites and mosquitoes and leeches and slugs and gnats and weevils, all squirming and writhing over each other and biting and stinging and parasitizing and shitting and festering and oozing slime, every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every year, for hundreds if not thousands of years.
Imagine what it would be like to know that even your brain is made of shit-eating roaches and slime-oozing slugs and bloated bloodsucking leeches and writhing poisonous centipedes.
I wrote the book on the bee meme, and it didn't even occur to me. That being said, this doesn't particularly interest me, especially considering the Vermin God is this but with a feeling of humanity to it.
if your reading this your gay
Might find this more interesting if there were various cephalopods, crustaceans, etc. thrown into the mix, instead of just terrestrial invertebrates. The disease thing seems tacked on for added dangerousness. I know he's supposed to be Pestilence incarnate, but there are at least two or three other SCPs that already fit that description.
Without the religious allusion, I can't help reading this as "Mr. Bugs, by Dr. Wondertainment"… which might actually be a better approach.
