Wow, the event log is great, I actually recoiled once while reading it.
The property has been surrounded by a 2 metre tall concrete block fence, fitted with barbed wire and security camera systems.
You might want to note what the cover story is for the wall and for all the personnel that work there.
Localities surrounding SCP-097 are to be monitored
You might want to say how many km around the SCP is to be monitored, instead of just "localities surrounding"

This should either be "within an X km radius of Zone-SCP-097", or if the area of interest is irregular in shape, give the area an name and say "within the 8 km square [AREA NAME]".

That makes it sound like there's agents tasked with patrolling the "farmland and uninhabited property" surrounding the zone. Wouldn't it be more effective to just patrol the area immediately outside the concrete wall?
Affected civilians are to be treated with a Class-B amnesiac.
Shouldn't that be something like "wake up affected civilians while under affect [that is, the children while sleep-walking], and administer Class-B amensiac to family and involved medical personnel"?

Is there any reason for the "and gourds"? Non-pumpkin gourds don't seem to be involved with any of the anomalous activities. Is it to give the area a "Halloween and Thanksgiving" type atmosphere?
Many of these pumpkins have shown capable of growing to enormous sizes, the average estimated weight hovering around 250 kilograms (avg. 550 lbs).
In that case, shouldn't there be some sort of obscuring canopy over the zone, to prevent pictures from being taken by satellites and passing planes?

That would probably be better as "undetectable signal".

"within 1 square [unit] of" doesn't make sense. It has to be in the form of "within X [units] of" or "within the 1 square [unit] of area centered on".

I was all set to like this. The description is great, the location has a charmingly halloweeny vibe that I'm digging, the thing with the sleepwalking was nice and evocative, man I seriously thought I was going to be really happy I'd read this one. Then I hit "[FOLLOWING DATA EXPUNGED]".

You're seriously going to redact the main point of the article and nothing else? I realize it's supposed to be evocative and dramatic, but honestly all it did was piss me off.

Fixed a couple of small typos here and in the test log. The only semi-major one (I added the word "child" where it seemed absent), I specifically noted in the edit description. My apologies if that was an intentional omission.
