1) At first I thought that the SCP was more than one full set of body armor, because of SCP-912 refers to a collection of police-issue body armour. Maybe it should say "SCP-912 refers to one complete set of police-issue body armor".
2) What does it consider to be a weapon? Can it tell the difference between a gun and a water gun? Does it consider a baseball bat to be a weapon? A butter knife?
3) Does it only care about weapons, or will (for example) vandalism get it going too?
4) Will it arrest someone if ordered to do so by a person wearing an officer's uniform? What if it's told that someone had an outstanding arrest warrant?
5) SCP-912 will attempt to disarm and secure the armed subject, and any other non-uniformed personnel in the vicinity.
Is that standard SWAT procedure? Whether it is or not should probably be noted in the description.
6) Armed attack upon SCP-912 or an unarmed subject in the vicinity will be met with potentially force using the telescopic baton.
Do you mean that if two non-uniformed people are beating each other up with their bare fists, the SCP will ignore them?
