As for the SCP itself, if you've read it, you'll see that this thing is kind of… abstract. I feel I did an okay job explaining how the Foundation knows this thing even exists, which is one of the hard parts. I admit I slightly copped out on containment, another hard part, but that's because I honestly don't feel the Foundation is equipped to contain something like this. They might be able to destroy it, but only by bringing the economic system of the world crashing down.
To head off a complain, this is most certainly keter. It can't harm anyone physically, mentally, or spiritually, but it's not really contained and can do massive damage to civilization in general. If it destroyed the global economy, millions, if not billions, would die. And that might just be enough to destroy the Foundation too, through cutting off the support the Foundation relies on, which would also be pretty bad.
I can see this failing utterly. I think I've done an okay job at writing it, but is the thing itself something worth posting?
