Can't say i don't like it, but i have a few problems so far.
1) How did closing of the rectum cause a hemorrhage? I mean, yes it'd cause feces and gases to build up, essentially the same as intestinal knotting (i think) and yes if it burst it'd cause hemorrhage ,but also sepsis and so on..
2) Slowed but not prevented by mechanical obstruction… do you mean it'll grow and creep around the obstacle?
A proper log of disease progress in a D-Class would be IMHO helpful.
Expand it a little in these directions and i'll upvote ^^
