Hello oh Foundation dear. For those who don't know me, I'm Dr. Gears (Yes, i am a real person), an administrator here and a formerly active member. "Formerly" because I was forced to choose between electricity and such, or the internet. That, and the wireless signal i was leeching for a while conked out.
Anyway, I have recently acquired a new phone service provider, and a new phone. It's a android, and it allows me to access my email freely, and the internet as a whole, if on a somewhat small screen. I'm hoping to root the phone as well, which could allow me to use it as a modem, but i also don't want to toast my new device.
Now, what does this mean to you? Well, generally life goes on here without me, which is just fine. However, i know that, at times, people may want to talk to me, be it for advice, general talk, or to throw things. Well, now you can!

I will make every attempt possible to respond to everything. However, bear in mind I'm on a phone, and touchscreen typing is still a skill I'm learning. Once i get a little better hang of things, maybe I'll try and install some kind of chat service or some such.
I'd like to think this will cause a torrent of emails, but i somehow doubt it. Still, at least I'm reachable now, which is a improvement. Thanks for keeping the site alive.
