I was just driving through rural Ohio recently and got this mental image of giant hands acting like cows. One thing led to another, and I said, what if they were making hand milk, and this popped out. The meaning of what "hand milk" is has changed a bit from the original concept. (RIP, Delicious Milk Consistency Act takedowns.)
