Definitely better, and upvoted. A couple things though:

1. This part about "change in the pattern, frequency, or color of these tones should be reported…" should go in the Containment section somewhere, since it's a "What to do in case of X".

2. There's no description of the first stage of growth, just the second. Or, you did describe it but accidentally mislabeled it.

Otherwise, excellent rescue.

Upvoted, but…it doesn't feel so much like a biological computer anymore. It's overall very good, but where's the real sense of "this is a computer"?

Did a few edits:

• cleaned up some typos
• moved the part about reporting change in rune activity to the Containment section (thank you, Quikngruvn!)
• changed some wording and added a couple details to hopefully add a better sense of "this is a computer/AI" (thank you, Alten).

Hopefully I didn't fuck it up - let me know if I did. =]

Also, if I can do further cleanup, let me know.

No offense to the author of the original 003, but this is a considerable improvement. Well done, good sir (or madam).
