No-vote. The central idea is scary and interesting, although I feel that I've seen slightly too many stories about people being absorbed into a squicky hivemind against their will: INSIDE, SCP-835, and SCP-093, to name a few. I also have two main problems with the structure: 1) the logs have far too many entries and are repetitive, which cripples the pacing, and 2) some of the narrative elements seemed a little contrived, especially that Dr Pineda figure at the end that, usefully, is capable of saying words like "oh no, my fate sucks!" Additionally, the Eglah events and the description demonstrate that 3839 is violent, intelligent, and views Pineda as a hostile entity, so it seems implausible that it would let him strut this avatar around just feet away. Unless Pineda was able to inflict critical damage to the central cluster or something similar; if so, that wasn't immediately clear.
Well-written and -executed aside from the above.
