Just an idea I thought of to get me started off on the right foot.
Basically, these are seemingly normal pachyderms whose only distinguishing feature is that they have pink skin. But whenever they sense a blood alcohol level of 0.8 in a person, they start to transform and morph, sometimes even gaining intangibility and passing through walls! They follow the person until they either pass out or removed from the range of the elephants After they were finally caught, they needed to be contained in an open pen, similar to normal elephants enclosures, but with a one hundred (100) foot divider and another containment wall. Armored guards with breathalysers are stationed near the entrance of the pen to make sure anyone entering it is sober. Those who are found to be drunk are turned away or (in extreme circumstances) terminated.
How does that sound for a first crack at an SCP? Or should I try for something more original?
