While on the surface it's similar to 140, it's different enough that I like it. Upvoted. I think Addendum 5 should be removed for breaking tone, though.

I didn't get around to posting anything more about your draft, but I like this even more than I thought I would. That said, Addendum 5 definitely needs either a rewrite or to be removed.

One question, though: Why the request for quietness near 152's containment? Only thing I can come up with is that it's a joke about being quiet in libraries; while I appreciate the stab at humor, if this is the case, the containment procedures themselves aren't the best venue.

It's not really a joke; if there's anywhere on a Foundation site where I'd expect to see a "Quiet Please" sign, this would be it. I can still remove it, if needed.

I think the quiet advisory is fine in the containment procedures, both from an in-character perspective and a meta sense since it kinda sets the reader up for the rest of the piece.

I like this. Book of apocalypses… the only thing missing is a log or associated Foundation tale about some of the apocalypses.

I like the "alternate timeline" sort of feeling that this SCP carries, where we don't know about all the failed timelines because we don't exist in them. But occasionally, an SCP like this comes along and documents the dooms that might have been.
