I'm sure I've missed some projects that should be listed here. But really, if this is gonna be listed on the sidebar, it should be kept updated.
There should be an app for Iphone, Ipod, or Ipad. Just an Idea.
Maybe Show all the SCP, and if you had an internet connection or service (if on a phone) you can create SCP's, chat, and pretty much anything you can do on here.
Now here's another question. Who would be willing and able to do that, and what would they have to go through in terms of legal issues and the like?
That part, I don't know, it's just a suggestion. But i dont think it would be that hard, look at this way, there are some stupid apps out there, and I know if they can have those pointless ones, i'm almost sure this one can.
As you can release apps for free (which is MOST people's issue with projects) the question is still "What to do?"
Quite frankly, making a WikiDot front end for an iPhone doesn't sound like much fun, or that big a deal as you DO have a web browser…
The "AWCY" sounded more interesting, frankly, but if someone were to do it there are WAY to many people that would try to stick their fingers in the pie.
I see, it was just a suggestion, but I can easily see where you are coming from. If that many people got ahold of this website, they would destroy it.
Oh, it's not a bad idea. I'd actually considered it enough to research a bit about the API (Application Programming Interface) that WikiDot has. But there is the VERY real possibility of moving off WikiDot in the foreseeable future, so most of the effort would have to be redone - and that's assuming the new backend supported any such type of effort.
Well, You could probably charge for the download after like a week period, so that people who already have a SCP Foundation account, can download it if the dont have any money, but afterwards, make it $0.99 that way you could have a reasonable income (unless Apple receives it instead of you), if you did have to start paying for the website, and you could transfer from wikidot and move to your own website, and even advertise for other for more income…
as a hardcore gamer I will say 99.9% of this including typos
Y U NO SCP CB OR SCP 432?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!1?!?!?!11?!?!?!?!?!?!?!one1?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
not to hate but it just…NEEDS…them
Clarity is preferable to staying true to one's roots.

Shouldn't the Global Occult Coalition wiki be taken off of this list now that all of the material from there has been moved to this site?
Should this be linked from somewhere?

Could this initiative be revived for the modern age? I can honestly see the current community getting a lot of use out of this; it'd help prospective readers/writers find new/existing projects, while also serving as a means of getting project-runners more eyes on their work.
The only real means of getting people1 to see your project right now is going to the Fan Work forum and manually updating people. And even that is no guarantee, because that forum is scarcely active. A further issue: Once you publish a project as a hub, there's no top-level means of browsing the different projects with added specificity.
Were this initiative revived, I suggest also adding a clause that says something not updated in X months will be marked as "Inactive", with a timestamp?
