Alternate containment procedure: inform current target that the word 'gullible' is written on the sky directly above him.
If at some point while reading this you were not struck with a sudden urge to look up, something is wrong with you.
Also, downvoted for that last incident report.
Gee, thanks. I already knew something was wrong with me…
Then something's wrong with me…
Nice take on cryptozoology, but not really cutting it for me. I don't nearly dislike it enough for a downvote, but I don't like it enough to upvote it either. The part about cameras sounds somewhat like the Shy Guy to me: "Look at me, and I'll kill you".
One idea that popped into my mind, after the attack reminded me of some spell in Lovecraft's mythos (you mail-order the book from the cult of some hideous Great Old One, and get a spell, which, when performed, allows you to project yourself to any point in the world, with the caveat that anyone present will have their heads ripped off). Everyone gets eaten, except for the bonded person, and the cloud optionally chooses another bond target.
Naturally, you're under no obligation to even consider this, just thought I'd share.
Also, the alternate containment procedure is good.
Lenticular clouds just got a whole lot scarier.
This needs a little work before I'll upvote it — I rather like Thunderbird's proposal, since it also makes this guy a bit less like SCP-607 — but it's pretty close.

…why did I make it a certain kill? I want to keep it attacking the target, but I'm gonna go back and say it just attacks and can potentially be driven off, as well as fixing the incident log. Also there's a detail about the core I thought of at work I want to add.
…tomorrow >.>
I still don't like this, and it's been idling at -3 for a long time. What do, guys?
It dies if you shoot it. Also, A Fat Ghost suggested I rewrite this some so I have.
This core can be observed through the tube of testicles by prey looking directly upwards, or by a recording device above the targeted prey.
Ah, spell check and AutoCorrect, how we love thee :)
I move to leave this spelling error in place. Just makes the article better somehow (eg: hilarious when spotted.)
