Jarvis…?
As in Iron Man's butler?
If so, it'd be a -1. The SCP foundation and Marvel don't mix well. Right now i'm neutral because it just doesn't interest me. It's not bad, it just doesn't hit where it matters, atleast for me.
Neutral vote.
Jarvis is also the name of the bot we have in #site19. It's also a very generic Butler name.
Not anymore apparently, as I've only joined in, what, the past couple months? They use Secretary_Helen now.
If it matters, there's a minor typo way down in the logs.
"Byock: It's not. All the humanoid sips[sic] are accounted for; in their container, or dead. The containment chamber isn't registered for a humanoid either, so it's moved at minimum."
SCP-1831 needs to be blackboxed or changed. It's occupied by a photo now.
This is sort of intriguing, but kind of slow. There's also no explanation why there's no hydraulic/air pressure system to close multiple doors at once; the equipment for handicapped doors can handle two sets of double doors at the same time, and the Foundation can probably beat that.
I'll mention this to the Rewrite team! For future reference, for a more prompt response, please send a staff member a wikidot PM or go to the IRC chatrooms.
Ah, I didn't realize that. Thank you, and I'll keep that in mind!
It was really more of an offhand comment, meant to only be considered if the author (or the rewrite team) wanted to. I want to be around the site for quite a bit longer before I suggest serious rewrites. Until then… I'm doing a lot of sitting on my hands and reminding myself not to mess with what I don't know yet.
Mr. Shapey got rewritten, so the usage of him here doesn't make sense anymore; he can't actually leave containment easily, now.
A lot of good ideas and dialogue, but the plot didn't feel like it got anywhere by the end.
