Just a little thing I thought would be nice to throw in celebration of 10 years. Let's have some classic creepypasta fun, shall we?
EDIT: FUCK it was 2008 ty Deci

Every single Tale that was posted to this challenge before the end time has been provided with an absolutely fabulous banner, created by our best and only Cyantreuse just for the occasion! It's a gif - blink and you'll miss it. ;)
I'll be retrofitting this Challenge hub in the next few days into something else, but still related to 173 - feel absolutely free to still write whatever you like, and if you happen to do something inspired by this about 173, totally tag it 173fest! Just know that any entries posted after the timestamp on this comment are not currently eligible for the neato banner. That's the rules!
Thank you everyone for making this challenge a fantastic success, and I'm thrilled to see so many varied, short pieces of fiction about our favourite playground game. A couple are even first posts - that warms me deeply.
I hope contributors here enjoyed the game, and I'm looking forward to re-reading (and reading) them all again.
edited because formatting lmao
Honoured to have witnessed all the submissions for the past week.

Hmm, a hub for 173-centric stories (seeing as SCP-173 cannot be edited at all)?
Was this that thing I was supposed to Photoshop something for? Did I forget or did we forget to talk about it? Probably the former, knowing me.
Either way, this looks exciting, so thanks for putting it together.
SCP-173 as close to how it is written on the wiki
Does this mean that reinterpretation of SCP-173 is out of the question?
If we are still unfarmiliar with the tagging system, should we just tag it with "173fest" and "tale"?
Those are the only applicable tags unless you incorporate your tale into a canon, or use character tags. Tales don't have attribute tags.
Incidentally Dexa, challenge isn't a tag. If you feel it needs to be created, you should talk to the Technical Team first.
Don't try and rewrite 173 to today's standards! I already did it with 3145 and it was HARD. D:
