I liked it for the most part. Being a fan of Exploration Logs and all. But I can't shake the feeling that something is off about the tone in the logs. Maybe try and be more clinical if possible, it felt like I was being rushed though the worlds you created. They were interesting to me and I feel they would benefit from more description, more "exploration" if you will.
Also I would change a few of the D Classes quotes. I felt some of them convey very unnecessary information. I'd like to "hear" more about what they see and are experiencing and less what they had to say in the moment.
A final critique would be the use of the word "they" when referring to the D-Class. I get what you mean but it degrades the clinical tone a little and kept making me think there was more then 1 D-class present. Maybe be more specific about the test subject in question, like denoting their age and gender at the beginning of the log so you can use a more specific pronoun that doesn't imply an additional person is present.
That aside I enjoyed it except for the few things I mention that bothered me. I'll +1 because of the potential.
